DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

Yes, you can finance your purchase for the Ergatta Rower, Ergatta Lite, the Upgrade Package, and the Concept2 RowErg Connection Kit if you are located in the US. We offer monthly payment plans through our partners Klarna and Affirm

Note: Please do not attempt to get an approval on Klarna's website or app separately first. Doing so may cause problems with the normal checkout process below.

To purchase with financing, you will need to apply through a simple, 2-step application that will provide an instant approval decision. Please note: 

  • With our current 1-2 week shipping estimate, you may be required to make one or more payments before your Ergatta is delivered.
  • Due to state regulations, Klarna Financing is not available in WV, MA, CT or IA.
  • Affirm is available in all 50 states. 
  • Klarna & Affirm are only available for US customers.Add the Ergatta Rower, Ergatta Lite, Upgrade Package, or Concept2 Connection Kit to your cart on our store.
  1. Add the Ergatta Rower, Ergatta Lite, Upgrade Package, or Concept2 Connection Kit to your cart on our store.
  2. Go to checkout and fill out your information.
  3. On the Payment info screen, choose "Klarna" or "Affirm" as your payment method.
  4. Click "Complete Order".
  5. A simple application will provide an instant approval decision.
  6. Input your delivery address and other information.
  7. Once purchase is complete, you can use the Klarna or Affirm apps to receive notifications and manage your monthly payments.

 

Common Financing Inquires:

  1. If you have placed a freeze on your credit score, Klarna/Affirm will be unable to offer you a financing plan. You will need to unfreeze your credit with the relevant credit bureau. If you attempted checkout and forgot to unfreeze your credit score beforehand, unlock your credit score and they will update your eligible status in 5-10 business days.
  2. Even with excellent credit, Klarna/Affirm may not offer you our 0% APR option. For details, please contact their customer service team. However, please note that they may not be able to provide you with any additional insight beyond “your credit eligibility is determined by the automated system.”
